Research Methodology

Dr. B. Neeraja has completed her Post Graduation in Commerce from OSMANIA University (1995) and another Post Graduation in Management Studies from University of Madras (2001), and completed her doctoral degree in the area of Consumer Behaviour in the year 2012. She was awarded as "Accredited Management Teacher" by AIMA, New Delhi and Best Teacher award – 2013 by NFED India. She has 15 years of experience in teaching various management subjects. She has published and presented more than 50 research papers at National and International level. She has published articles in books with a special edition on various topics of management. Few of her papers are also published  in SCOPUS database Journals. She is the Editorial Board member for 8 National and International journals. At present she is working as Associate Professor with Dr.MGR Educational and Research Institute University, Maduravoyal, Chennai – 95.

Dr. J. Sridevi, as completed her M.B.A., M.Phil (Management)., NET (Management) awarded Junior Research Fellowship in 2011 by UGC and completed doctoral degree in Management. She is currently working as an ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR in the Department of Management Studies, Dr.M.G.R Educational and Research Institute University, Maduravoyal, Chennai . She has 12 years of experience in teaching PG students in different areas of specialization (HR, Marketing and supply chain management) are possess Industry experience also. She has presented research papers in more than 32 National & Internal conferences and 6 publications in reputed international journals and SCOPUS database Journals. She holds position such as an Editor and Editorial board Member in various journals.

M. Radhikaashree has completed her PGDCA, MBA, M.Phil from Bharathidasan University and has submitted her Ph.D to St. PETER'S University, on the topic "A study on Blended Learning in corporate sector". She has contributed more than 30 papers for various National and International Conferences and 6 publications in reputed International Journals. She has more than 12 years of experience in teaching HR and Marketing subjects. Presently she is working as Associate Professor, Faculty of Management Studies, Dr. M.G.R University for the past 6 years handling Post graduate students. She has also contributed for a publication of a dictionary in Total Quality Management.
