Dr. Angsuman Sarkar is presently serving as an Assistant Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering in Kalyani Government Engineering College, West Bengal for the past 3 years. He has earlier served Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, West Bengal as a Lecturer of ECE for 10 years. He received the M.Tech degree in VLSI & Microelectronics from Jadavpur University. Later he was awarded the Ph.D degree from Jadavpur Unviersity. His current research interest span around study of short channel effects of sub 100nm MOSFETs and nano device modelling. He is a life member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and Institution of Engineers (India) and member of IEEE-Electron Devices Society. He has authored and reviewed number of research papers in national and international refereed journals and conferences.

Dr. Swapnadip De graduated in Radio Physics and Electronics from the University College of Science and Technology, University of Calcutta. He obtained his M.Tech degree in VLSI & Microelectronics from Jadavpur University. Later he was awarded Ph.D. degree from Jadavpur University. He is presently working in Maghnad Saha Institute of Technology as Assistant Professor in the Electronics and Communications Engineering department for the past 11 years. He also worked in Andrew Yule and Company Ltd in the Research and Development department. He has presented and published a number of Conferences and Journal papers. His main areas of research interest include study of characteristic parameter modelling of short channel MOSFETs. He is an editorial board member of Inderscience Publishers, UK. He is the official reviewer of many reputed International Journals.

Dr. Chandan Kumar Sarkar is presently serving as Professor in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department, Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He obtained his M.Sc. degree in Physics from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He was awarded the Ph.D. degree from Calcutta University in 1979. He was awarded the D.Phil, degree from Oxford University, Oxford, U.K in 1984. He was a Research Fellow of the Royal Commission for the exhibition of 1851 at the Clarendon Laboratory, Oxford University, from 1983 to 1985. In 1980, he received the British Royal Commission Fellowship to work in Oxford University. He worked as a Visiting Scientist in Max Planck Laboratory, Stuttgart, Germany as well as in Linko Pink University, Swedan. He also taught in the Dept. of Physics at Oxford University, a distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE EDS., Chair of the IEEE EDS Chapter, Calcutta Section, India. He joined Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India in 1987 as a Reader in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETCE) and became Professor and Head at the Physics Department of the Bengal Engineering College, Howrah, (deemed university) in 1996. Since 1999 he has been a Professor of the ETCE Department, Jadavpur University. He served as Visiting Professor in many universities and has published around 200 papers in refereed journals.
