Meet the Author

Prof. G.L. Narayanappa is currently a Principal, Kandula School of Management, Kadapa, which is an affiliated B-School of S.V. University, Tirupati. With more than 15 years of experience he has conducted several consultancy assignments for leading organizations such as Rashtriya Mahila Kosh (RMK) Govt. Of India, Society for Capital Market Research and Development, New Delhi, APITCCO, CMEY and NIBM. Prof Narayanappa is teaching MBA students and guided several M.Phil scholars. He has published a dozen of research publications in national and international journals and also presented a dozen of research papers in National and International conferences. He is a prolific writer. To his credit has already published a book entitled “HRM in Grammena Banks”. Another books on “Human Resource Development” and “Industrial Relations” are under progress. Of rural origin Prof. Narayanappa is first class post graduate in Management as well as commerce and was conferred Ph.D. by the S.V. University, Tirupati. He was also conferred prestigious ICSSR (Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India) Post Doctoral Fellowship.
